We are excited to be working with 5 Stones Brewery again to host our annual Fall market series. We have several upcoming market dates with different holiday activities. 

September 28 (1pm-6pm): Braunfelser Fest Kickoff! 5 Stones' annual Braunfeler Festival has out grown just a weekend celebration and will be going on for an entire month. September 28th will be the kickoff for a month of German heritage celebration. 5 Stones will have specialty brews and food along with their regular menu and they have invited us to be a part of their kickoff event.

October 26 (2pm-7pm): Trunk or Treat! 5 Stones will be hosting there Trunk or Treat event. Come help us celebrate Halloween with trunk or treating, brews, and market days.

December 1(1pm-6pm): Christmas Fest! We have been partnering with 5 Stones for several years now to host an annual holiday market and always have a great turnout! Come celebrate with Christmas festivities and shopping.


5 Stones is an outdoor venue so please plan your booth set up accordingly. Weather can be unpredictable so please take that into account also. In case of extreme weather we provide credits for make up dates. We have covered booth options under a large pavilion as well as uncovered spaces in the courtyard. Our standard booth size is a 10x10 but, space is flexible so we can accommodate boutique truck/trailers or other sizing. Please reach out to us if you need any sizing accommodations prior to paying for and reserving your spot and we are happy to work with you.
There will be a nonrefundable fee for booths in each area. Covered pavilion $45 and Uncovered courtyard $35 per event. a 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout if you reserve a booth for multiple dates. Booth fees will only be paid via our website. These fees will reserve your booth space and cover the costs of advertising for the event. 
Once we have reviewed and accepted your application (applications are only limited by space and an attempt to diversify) we will email you with information on reserving your booth space via our website so your payment is secure. 

As the events approach we will keep you up to date with booth maps, set up, tear down, and any other important information. We recommend being prepared to bring a pop up tent, extra lighting for the evening, and extension cords (there are plenty of outlets but they might not be right by your booth space) in addition to your typical set up (tables and chairs are not provided). Wifi is limited so please plan to use your own service/data.
