We are so exciting to be hosting a Spring Vendor Market on Sunday, March 26th (additional dates TBD) at 5 Stones Brewery (11335 FM1863, New Braunfels, TX 78132) . Vendor set up will begin at 12pm and the event will be open to the public from 1pm to 6pm.
The Brewery will be serving their full menu of beer, coffee, other drinks, and food as well as providing live music. The first date, March 26th, will also be in conjunction with 5 Stone's Citrus Fest.
5 Stones is an outdoor venue so please plan your booth set up accordingly. We have covered booth options under a large pavilion as well as uncovered spaces in the courtyard. Our standard booth size is a 10x10 but space is flexible so we can accommodate boutique truck/trailers or other sizing. Please reach out to us if you need any sizing accommodations prior to paying for and reserving your spot and we are happy to work with you.
There will be a nonrefundable fee for booths in each area. Covered pavilion $40 and Uncovered courtyard $30 per event. These fees will reserve your booth space and cover the costs of advertising for the event.
Once we have reviewed and accepted your application (applications are only limited by space and an attempt to diversify) we will email you with information on reserving your booth space via our website so your payment is secure.
As the event approaches we will keep you up to date with booth maps, set up, tear down, and any other important information. We recommend being prepared to bring a pop up tent, extra lighting for the evening, and extension cords (there are plenty of outlets but they might not be right by your booth space) in addition to your typical set up (tables and chairs are not provided). Wifi is limited so please plan to use your own service/data.
