We are so exciting to be hosting a Spring Vendor Market on Saturday April 29th and May 27th at 5 Stones Brewery (11335 FM1863, New Braunfels, TX 78132) . Vendor set up will begin at 12pm and the event will be open to the public from 1pm to 6pm.
5 Stones is an outdoor venue so please plan your booth set up accordingly. We have covered booth options under a large pavilion as well as uncovered spaces in the courtyard. Our standard booth size is a 10x10 but space is flexible so we can accommodate boutique truck/trailers or other sizing. Please reach out to us if you need any sizing accommodations prior to paying for and reserving your spot and we are happy to work with you.
There will be a nonrefundable fee for booths in each area. Covered pavilion $40 and Uncovered courtyard $30 per event. These fees will reserve your booth space and cover the costs of advertising for the event. A 10% discount will automatically be applied if you reserve a space for both dates at once.
As the event approaches we will keep you up to date with booth maps, set up, tear down, and any other important information. We recommend being prepared to bring a pop up tent, extra lighting for the evening, and extension cords (there are plenty of outlets but they might not be right by your booth space) in addition to your typical set up (tables and chairs are not provided). Wifi is limited so please plan to use your own service/data.
